Equipment-Based Exercise Class Etiquette

We require our client’s co-operation to ensure sessions run safely and smoothly with a maximum of three people per session:

1. We ask those clients who arrive for their appointment to please wait until you are invited in to commence your session. We understand that you are keen to get started but using the equipment without supervision is a liability;

2. Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in exercise sessions and avoid wearing clothing with zippers that may damage the equipment. It is our Policy that grip socks are to be worn during exercise sessions for the safety and hygiene of all clients;

5. Please do not attempt to adjust or interfere with any of the equipment unless you have had prior instruction by our therapist to do so. If you experience any pain, dizziness or injure yourself in anyway during an exercise class you should stop what you are doing and immediately inform us; and

6. We encourage the use of the contactless hand sanitising stations which are placed throughout the premises for use before and after visits.
